Judy was an avid gardener with lot of notes, seeds and a folder of ideas and plans, but no place to plant in her Texas hilltop home.
She has gardened for years before and felt pretty confident. She called us in after 11 years of "we’ll get to that” never happening. Life is so busy, and when you move into a new home there are so many projects to get to.
So we helped her check “build garden” off the list.
She got four raised beds in a nice large 4ftx8ft design, a full 2 feet high to reduce all the bending over. She opted for the corrugated metal galvanized steal for a timeless look and sturdy design. She got premium soil delivered (a whole dump truck full!) and installed in her beds without lifting a finger. And we did it all in one day so she can get to planting her seeds right away.

It all starts with the design. We consider Judy's location, the sunlight, and how much she wants to plant. We leave space around and between the beds that is just right for many trellis options, wheel barrows and comfy harvesting and tending.

Install day took about 6 hours. We start by prepping the space: Removing all debris, grass and weeds for a clean, beautiful base where her gardens will sit.

The raised beds are constructed custom off site in our local woodworker's shop.
