Hays County’s Largest Garden

OK, so I might be tooting our horn too much, this may not be the largest, but it was certainly our largest, and quite a feat at that. We are proud and incredibly humbled at the same time to have been chosen and trusted to put together this beyond stunning space for our client in northwest Buda.

Susan has 30 acres and was ready to fully live the garden-to-table lifestyle, spend time in her space enjoying the health of the outdoors and host garden parties with friends.

She wanted to have enough room to grow anything she wanted to grow and extra for preservation and sharing with friends and neighbors. With 500 sf of growing space, room for almost 1000 plants and seeds, we think that will do the trick!

She got 17 custom cedar raised beds, a fruit tree orchard with 15 trees, fully fenced to avoid deer, fully irrigated on a timer so she doesn’t need to water, with in-ground beds inside the fence for a pollinator-attracting garden.

Aerobin 400 Composters

These are the Cadillac of compost bins. No spinning, no turning, they breakdown even the worse germs (you can put a dead animal in them because they “hot” compost” and they give you finished compost and liquid compost tea out the bottom.
